My training philosophy is rooted in cultivating resiliency — not just physical toughness, but a deeply rooted strength anchored in faith. Whether you're a grandparent desiring the vitality to pour into your grandchildren, an athlete enduring intense physical demands or anyone in-between, the heart of the journey is the same. While goals like muscle growth or fat loss may be the initial motivation, I’ve learned that what we truly seek is a strength that helps us reach our potential. Inspired by how Christ meets us in our brokenness, walks with us and builds us up overtime. My goals is to meet you exactly where you are, and help you build not just a stronger body, but a faith-filled mindset rooted in hope, discipline, and perseverance. In pursuit of resiliency, I use barbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, bodyweight training, and any other effective method to help you grow.
We train for victory, not for vanity.

TRAVIS
As a dedicated Christian, Husband, Father of two, Personal Trainer, Business Owner, and Multisport Athlete, Travis truly understands what it means to push boundaries. He knows that feeling of reaching what you think is your limit, only to discover there's so much more power waiting within! His own fitness journey, however, was far from perfect. It was a path filled with mistakes, mistakes he now openly shares with all his clients to ensure they don't waste precious years chasing fleeting fads and trends like he once did.
A Journey of Transformation
From a young age, his passion for fitness burned bright! He was constantly finding creative ways to challenge himself, from racing the bus to bench-pressing his own bed frame! Yet, without consistent access to sports or formal outlets due to financial limitations, he gradually drifted into a sedentary lifestyle. Fast forward to his late 20s, and he found himself 100 pounds overweight, trapped in an exhausting job. While there were sporadic moments of weight loss, they were never sustainable, often achieved through extreme starvation and punishing workouts.
A Calling to Purpose
Then, everything changed! He felt a profound calling from God to step into his true purpose, to utilize the gifts he'd been given. With renewed vigor, he embarked on the journey to become a personal trainer, immersing himself in study, determined to uncover the truth about fitness and expose the overwhelming amount of misinformation out there. After honing his skills at a large gym, he bravely took the leap and became a business owner! For the past six years, he's been relentlessly learning and growing, fearlessly competing in diverse training styles—from bodybuilding to powerlifting, Spartans to Ultramarathons! All the while, he's been passionately training clients from every walk of life imaginable. He's had the incredible privilege of working with seniors regaining their youthful independence, and with SWAT, Military, Firefighters, and EMTs, ensuring they possess the critical strength, mobility, and endurance to perform on the front lines. He's even collaborated with Hollywood Stunt Professionals and Competitive Rodeo Athletes, helping them fortify their bodies to withstand hit after hit and still bounce back!
